  • 1banana; sliced
  • 2 sliceIrish Soda Bread
  • 1/2 stickbutter
  • Peanut Butter; as needed
  • Maple Syrup; as needed
  • Powdered Sugar; as needed

    Melt butter slowly in a small saute pan. Add banana and slowly caramelize.

  2. 2

    Spread peanut butter on one side of soda bread, and maple syrup on the other. Put caramelized banana on top of peanut butter. Grill on panini press. Garnish with powdered sugar.

    Variations; Chocolate sauce, caramel, vanilla creme anglaise, white chocolate chips, nutella, marshmallows, raisin bread, cinnamon, nutmeg, whiskey flambe bananas, Irish butter, Guiness, Baileys, espresso
