  1. 3/4 cupQuinoa, any kind
  2. 8Grape tomatoes, diced
  3. 1/2Avocado, diced
  4. 1 tspLight olive oil
  5. 2 tspLime juice, or to taste
  6. 1/2 tspOnion powder, or to taste
  7. 1/4 tspSea salt, or to taste

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Mix all ingredients on a bowl.

    Serve cold (or warm of preferred)

  3. 3

    Feel free to add spices of your choosing to the dish
