These are great for dessert or to go with your morning coffee or tea. The topping is decadent enough for your sweet tooth!

These are great for dessert or to go with your morning coffee or tea. The topping is decadent enough for your sweet tooth!
Steps

Grease and flour parchment lined 9x13 pan

Preheat oven to 325
- 3
Combine Streusel ingredients in large bowl using either fork or spoon, set aside

Whisk together egg, milk, vanilla and oil
- 5
Stir in sugar, salt, baking powder, then flour. Sometimes the dough looks soupy so I add another quarter cup of flour. It should be sticky.

Spread dough in pan and top with ALL the Streusel Topping~ it does seem like overkill but trust me! Pay attention to the edges because it puffs up more than the center and the topping can get sparse.

Bake for 20 minutes then check, the bars should be JUST set. If not, go in 3 minute increments. These are soft, chewy bars.

Cool in pan for 25 minutes before lifting out to finish cooling.
