Ingredients

8 servings
  1. chicken and batter
  2. 2 1/2 lbchicken breasts
  3. 1 cupbuttermilk
  4. 1 cupsr flour
  5. spices
  6. 1/4 cupHungarian paprika
  7. 2 tbspgranulated garlic powder
  8. 1 tbspground black pepper
  9. 1 1/2 tspcelery salt
  10. 1/2 tspsalt
  11. 1/4 tsponion powder
  12. 1enough oil to deep fry

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix the batter ingredients together add chicken

    Add spices mix all together let marinate for an hour

    Heat oil to deep fry

    When done add to paper towels to absorb excess oil
