  3. 1 cupwater
  4. Pinchsalt
  5. Pinchturmeric
  6. 1 tspgreen chilli paste
  7. Pinchsoda
  8. Oil for frying

Steps

    Make batter of besan using water, salt, turmeric, green chilli paste, and a pinch of soda.

  2. 2

    Now deep bread in this batter and coat each side and deep fry it.

  3. 3

    Serve it with fried chilli.
