Overnight soak rajma

Take cooker.. Add water for boil rajma. Add a spoon salt and half spoon baking soda

Take a pan.. Add ginger green chilli.. And saute.... Add sliced onion. Hilate raho kuch time.. Then add chopped tomato. Saute it.

Flame off kardo. Thanda honey ke liye rakh do..put in mixer jar... Grind it. And make a smooth paste.

Take another pan. Add oil. Add jeera. Add onion tomato paste... And saute karo...phir hldi lal Mirch daal do.. For malai daal kar 1-2 min tak chlaate rho....

Add some water. Add salt to taste. Garammsala Aamchur powder. Kasuri methi....

Tadka is ready.. Boil rajma ismey add kijiye. Boil for2 min.
