In a kadhai heat 2 tsp of ghee once it's hot add the grated apples, saute for a minutes till raw smell goes add the dry coconut powder and sugar to it.

Then add cardamom power, raisins mix well and cook till the mix turn become foriey dry and comes together to form a soft, fudgy mass.

Turn of the heat and transfer it to a plate.

Make it into ladoo when it's will warm by greasing hand with ghee.

Repeat the process to make all ladoos then top each ladoo with raisins and serve.
