Ingredients

  • 1 sliceof butternuts - steamed
  • 1roasted chicken - left overs & cut into cubes
  • 1mayonnaise
  • 1red onion thinly chopped & a few slices for garnish
  • 1cherry tomatoes cut in half
  • 1full olives - no seeds
  • 1hand full of chopped spring onion for garnish

    Add mayonnaise & onion to chopped chicken. Place on a bed of butternut and garnish with spring onion; red onion; cherry tomato; olive and a dash of black pepper.
