  • 1For the 1c muscle shells, 1ts of chopped garlic, 1TB of thai chillies,
  • 1/2onion slide, full hand of holy basil, 1/2c of chicken stock, 2ts of sugar, 2tb of oyster sauce 2ts of light soy sauce. :

    Heat the oil in frying pan add chopped garlic don't let burn stir just golden brown add onion basil, muscle then follow with the lest of ingredients keep stirring till basil soft taste and add more of what you think is lacking.

    Served with rice or pasta, thai food is easy to adjust the taste start with little and add more if not enough faver
