Steps

In a frying pan add oil and let it heat up. Add in cumin seeds and dry red chillies and let it sizzle for a min. Add in ginger garlic paste and fry for a sec. Add onions and fry it till golden.

Add in mushrooms and mix well. The water from the mushrooms will come out fry this on high flame stirring occasionally until the water gets evaporated.

Add in red chilli powder and salt and mix well on slow flame. Add turmeric powder, garam masala powder and mix well. Add tomato ketchup and mix well.

Fry this for 5 mins on high flame and garnish with coriander leaves.

Serve hot as a side dish
