  1. 3 clovegarlic
  2. 3 tbspchopped parsley
  3. 1 tbspflour
  4. 1/4 litermilk
  5. 1 tbspbutter
  6. 1salt, pepper and oil for cooking
  7. 4pita bread
  8. 1/2 lbshrimps ready to cook

    In a heated pan with some oil, cook the shrimps with garlic, parsley, salt and pepper for about 10mn

  2. 2

    At the same time, prepare a bechamel : dilute the flour in the milk, and stir on heat until it boils and becomes thick. Add butter, salt and pepper

  3. 3

    Mix the shrimps with the bechamel, and serve portions in the pita breads. Can be served with a lettuce salad.
