Cook 5-6 potatoes until they're soft. While the potatoes are cooking, cut 1 onion.

On a different pan cook the onion with some oil (I personally prefer olive oil).

Add the beef and cook while mixing and dividing it.

Add portobello and champignon mushrooms.

Add shredded parsley, to taste. Add nutmeg, also to taste, I like to add quite a lot but it had a really strong taste. Add the cumin, the salt, the pepper and the cinnamon. Then, add the tomatoes.

When the potatoes are ready, filter the water and mash them. Add the butter and the milk.

Take half the amount of the mashed potatoes and form a layer on the pan.

Add the cooked beef and form a second layer.

Form a third layer with the rest of the mashed potatoes.

Bake for 30 min at a temperature of 180°c
