  • 1 pinchchili powder
  • 2 cupleft over mexican rice
  • garnish
  • 1jalapenos
  • 1sour cream
  • 1salsa
  • 1tortillas
  • 1 tbspcooking oil

    heat oil in skillet, lightly scramble eggs with all seasonings. Add rice to hot pan do a quick stir fry about 2minutes.Add scrambled eggs cook till done. top with desired garnish.
