1Romaine lettuce
1 pinchsea salt
1 tbspolive oil
200 mlcold water
1 1/2 tbspwhite wine vinegar

Wash and shred the lettuce into small pieces and slice the onion.

In a medium bowl place all the ingredients together and mix well.
