  1. 815oz bucket of ricotta cheese 1 cup of powdered sugar 1tsp of vanilla 2tbsp of aged rum and chocolate chips are optional
  2. 1pie dough cut in circles

    Mix all ingredients

    Place the pie crust in a muffin tin and bake 4 15mins on 350df

  3. 3

    Let the crust cool and fill taste good with chocolate chips and powdered sugar on top
