Ingredients

  1. 5 mediumyellow squash cut into 1/2inch slices
  2. 5 mediumzucchini cut into1/2in slices
  3. 1 canlarge can crushed tomatoes(or whole tomatoes)
  4. 1salt&pepper to taste
  5. 1 lbbacon cut into pieces
  6. 1 largeonion cut into 1/2slices
  7. 1palmful of dried italian seasoning
  8. 1water just to raise up jucies
  9. 1parmesan cheese grated to top
  10. loaf italian or frenchbread

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut up veggies and bacon

  2. 2

    Put in large soup pot add tomatoes using the can I add about 1/2a can off water

  3. 3

    Bring to boil turn down to low simmer and stir every now and then.cook til veggies are tender

  4. 4

    Serve topped with grated Parmesan cheese and a slice of crusty Italian or French bread
