Ingredients

3 servings
  1. 2/3 lbextra lean ground sirloin
  2. 1/4 tspsalt
  3. 2 tbspHeinz tomato ketchup
  4. 3 largeeggs
  5. 2 tspgrated parmesan cheese

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat a pan add ground sirloin. Scramble and Brown. Add salt and ketchup

  2. 2

    crack your egg and partially cook then mix with sirloin mixture.

  3. 3

    When eggs are done add cheese. Let cool just a bit and serve hope you enjoy!
