Being a month of traditional foods I cooked kunde na mrenda too. It was really sweet.
Steps

Mix the vegetables (kunde and mrenda). Then add in a sufuria add 1 cup of water.

Then add the baking powder at the bottom of the sufuria and cook for sometimes till you see foam then stir.

Cook for 10-15mins then remove and keep in a bowl aside.

Fry the onions with cooking oil till brown then add tomatoes.

After the tomatoes have cooked add the vegetables then salt.

Add milk to the mixture and stir well.

Cook for around 10 mins and serve with Ugali
