Steps

  1. 1

    Milk ko boil kar le.

  2. 2

    Wok main kheel ko dry roast kar le.(dry roast karne se colour acha aata hai and kheel jaldi mashed nahi hoti).

  3. 3

    Jab kheer thick ho jaye sugar and cardamom powder add kar de.

    Chopped dry fruits se garnish kar serve karein hot or cold.
