Ingredients

  • 1 cup rawa
  • 1/4 cuphot refined oil
  • 2 pinchesSalt
  • 2 pinchesBaking powder
  • Hot water as required to make the dough
  • Oil for frying
  • Making of golgappas water
  • 2 cupImli ka pulp
  • 20Pudina leaves
  • 1 tbspBhuna ground zeera powder
  • To tasteBlack salt
  • to tasteWhite salt
  • 1 tspRed chilli powder
  • 1 tspCHAAT masala
  • 1/2 tspBlack pepper powder
  • 1 pinchDalchini powder
  • 1/4 tspSaunth powder
  • 1 pinchLaung powder
  • 1 tspLemon juice
  • to tasteSugar according
  • For filling
  • Boiled and chopped Sweet potatoes

Steps

  1. 1

    Make a dough of rawa by adding hot oil and water

  2. 2

    Knead the dough properly and smoothly

  3. 3

    Allow it to rest for 20 minutes

  4. 4

    Make small balls,,roll them with the rolling pin and fry them in medium hot oil.

  5. 5

    Let them cool

  6. 6

    Keep aside

    Making of golgappas water

  8. 8

    Imli ka pulp mein pudina leaves ki paste and All ingredients mix krein,, if you want to add hing,then add it also in the water,,,put ice And pour it into a container

  9. 9

    Whenever you have to eat paanipuris,, You can make excellent filling of Sweet potatoes by making a hole in golgappas,,and put water,,

    Serve cool cool
