Its been long since I cooked Matumbo. I cooked it with Ugali today for my family.
Steps

Cut the Matumbo to small pieces of your preference.

Wash well and put in a sufuria to cook with salt till tender.

If not cooked well it cannot be tasty. Drain all the water and put aside.

Stir fry the onions with oil and add capsicum, green pepper and tomatoes.
- 5
Add the tomato puree to the mixture and stir well.
- 6
Add royco then add the Matumbo.
- 7
Mix well and add a little water for soup or the soup set aside.
