Mix add the ingredients in maida and rub it with the figure to get a crumble texture

Kneed a tight dough and cover it with a wet cloth abd let it rest for 15 minutes

Heat oil in deep kadai

Divide the dough in equal parts and roll them in big puri

Now cut thin strips out of it and then horizontally

Now deep fry them on low flame till golden in color

Take them out on tissue paper

Let it cool down and tgen store them in air tight jars
