I made this for my lunch, though the omena was bitter I found a way to make it less bitter but tasty.

I made this for my lunch, though the omena was bitter I found a way to make it less bitter but tasty.

Put omena in a pan and put to boil. Boil for around 20 minutes.

After boiling, chop the onions and tomatoes, then put oil in a sufuria heat. Then add in onions and fry until semi soft. Then add in the tomatoes. Stir until soft then add in the boiled Omena and stir very well.

Stir well then remove lemon pulp from the lemon.

Add in the omena. Add 1/4 cup of water. At this point you can season with salt.

Dissolve royco in 1/8 litre of water and add in the omena.

Boil for 5 minutes then serve.
