Ingredients

  • 2Slices of bread
  • 2Slices of leftover chicken or turkey breast
  • 2Marinated roasted peppers and juice
  • 1Dollop of Greek yogurt plain or sour cream
  • 2Tomato slices
  • 4Basil leaves
  • 1Muenster cheese slice
  • 1Butter

Steps

  1. 1

    Melt butter in pan.

  2. 2

    Add one bread slice. Top with cheese and chicken.

  3. 3

    Top with peppers and a little bit of juice.

  4. 4

    Add tomatoes and basil.

  5. 5

    Pull of pan and place on plate.

  6. 6

    Add more butter to pan. Add another bread slice. Top with yogurt.

  7. 7

    Pull off pan and top your sandwich. Enjoy! :-)
