Ingredients

2Slices of bread
2Slices of leftover chicken or turkey breast
2Marinated roasted peppers and juice
1Dollop of Greek yogurt plain or sour cream
2Tomato slices
4Basil leaves
1Muenster cheese slice
1Butter

Steps

1

Melt butter in pan.

Add one bread slice. Top with cheese and chicken.

Top with peppers and a little bit of juice.
4

Add tomatoes and basil.
5

Pull of pan and place on plate.

Add more butter to pan. Add another bread slice. Top with yogurt.
7

Pull off pan and top your sandwich. Enjoy! :-)
