Stuffed Grape Leaves in Olive Oil (Lebanese)

Mix the filling and roll the grape leaves.

Drizzle olive oil at the bottom of the pot and place slices of potatoes and tomatoes.

Arrange the grape leaves, sprinkle with salt, add lemon juice or pomegranate molasses, pour water, and place a plate on top.

Once the water boils, reduce the heat and let it cook for an hour. Once done, drain the remaining water and keep the lid on to maintain the green color of the leaves.
