Ingredients

20 mins
  • 250 gramslow fat curd cheese
  • 100 gramsyoghurt
  • 15 gramsvanilla sugar
  • 1mango
  • 2carrots
  • 2oranges
  • 2pears
  • 1apple
  • 1lemon juice
  • 2whipped egg whites
  • 1ice cubes

Steps

  1. 1

    Slice the fruits and stir them together. Smash them with ice cubes, lemon juice and sugar until smooth

  2. 2

    Now stir in curd cheese and yoghurt, mix it until creamy

  3. 3

    Place it in the freezet for about 3 hours. ..enjoy :)
