Ingredients

20 mins
  1. 250 gramslow fat curd cheese
  2. 100 gramsyoghurt
  3. 15 gramsvanilla sugar
  4. 1mango
  5. 2carrots
  6. 2oranges
  7. 2pears
  8. 1apple
  9. 1lemon juice
  10. 2whipped egg whites
  11. 1ice cubes

  1. 1

    Slice the fruits and stir them together. Smash them with ice cubes, lemon juice and sugar until smooth

  2. 2

    Now stir in curd cheese and yoghurt, mix it until creamy

  3. 3

    Place it in the freezet for about 3 hours. ..enjoy :)
