Salt Cookies Using Leftover Egg Yolks

I wanted a delicious way to use up egg yolks!
The dough is soft, so the cookies naturally take on the shape that's shown in the picture!
They'd be good with some matcha green tea!!!!

Melt butter in the microwave.

Mix in the sugar, salt, and egg yolks.

Fold in the flour. Bring the dough together, wrap in plastic wrap, then roll into a log.

Slice the log into your desired thickness and arrange the slices on a baking sheet. Bake in an oven preheated to 150°C for 15 minutes, then at 160°C for 2 minutes.
