Ingredients

4 servings
  • 4boneless chicken breasts, cut into small pieces
  • 1 bunchbroccoli florets
  • 1 bunchcaliflower
  • 1/2 packagesbaby carrots
  • 1/2 smallchopped onion
  • 3 stalkchopped celery
  • 1bottle of stir fry sauce
  • 1/2 tbspground ginger
  • 1 cansliced water chestnut, drained
  • 4 cupsteamed rice
  • 1/3 cupolive oil
  • 1/2 tspsalt and pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    In a wok or large frying pan heat your oil to med heat

  2. 2

    Wash and toss in vegetables, cook for 3-5 min. Remove from pan

  3. 3

    Put chicken in pan and cook for 5 min, stirring occasionally

  4. 4

    Add vegetables back in the mix and add stir fry sauce, ginger and salt and pepper

    Cook for additional 5 min until vegetables are softened , but not too soft. (Dont overcook)

    Serve immediately over rice
