This is a simple recipe to get yourself some fine tasting ginger tea with an addition of citric acid for that extra tangy taste

Bring some water to boil.

Once boiled, put one cup of it into a mug

Use one tea bag and infuse it in the water for 4 minutes to really get the taste

Add the quarter teaspoon of citric acid for that extra tangy taste. It's optional.

Serve while hot with your accompaniment of choice or without.
