  • 1/2 teaspoon sauff
  • Ingredient for dough of puri
  • 2 bowlaata
  • 2-3 teaspoonoil for moyan
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 teaspoonajwain
  • Water for making daugh
  • Oil for frying puri
  • Ingredients for aallu ki sabzi
  • 4-5boiled potatoes
  • 5tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon adrak orr mirch ka paste
  • 1/4 teaspoongaram masala
  • 1/2 teaspoonred chilli powder
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1/4 tea spoonhaldi powder
  • 2 teaspoonoil
  • 1 teaspoon dhaniya powder
  • 1 bowlcurd
  • 2tej patta

    Ab ek kadhai mein oil dale orr acchi tarah garam hone par puriya talk le liziye bedwa puriya taiyyar hai

    Ab boiled aallu KO peel karke haatho se halka sa phood le orr ek pan mail oil deal kar zeera + tezpatta+ adrak + hari Mitch ka paste dale

    Pakayn ek chore bowl curd mein salt + red chilli powder + haldi powder+ dhaniya powder add karke pan mail deal kar masala pakaye

    Ab tamataro KO chota kaatkar pan MSI dalkar pakaye orr jab masala oil chod de tak esmai boil aalu MUX kar de orr 10 __15 minutes tez aanch par pakaye orr phirr 5 10 minutes slow aanch par pakaye ab garam masala orr barik choop hara dhaniya dalekar garnish karein liziye aapki laziz bedwa puriya with aalu ki sabzi taiyaar hai aap ESS as a break fast,fast food,maicourse kaise abhi enjoy kar sakte hai
