  1. 44oz boneless loin pork chops
  2. 1/4 cupchopped onion
  3. 1/4 cupapricot preserves
  4. 1 tbsplow sodium soy sauce
  5. 2 tbspminced garlic
  6. 1/4 tspsalt
  7. 1/4 cupsliced green onion (optional)
  8. cancooking spray

  1. 1

    Heat a large non sick skillet over medium high heat. Coat pan with cooking spray. Add pork; cook 6 minutes on each side or until done. Remove from pan.

  2. 2

    Added copied onion to pan; sauté 4 minutes or until lightly browned. Stir in preserves, soy sauce, garlic, and salt; cook 3 minutes or until thickened. Add pork, turning to coat. Sprinkle with green onions.
