Ingredients

  • Casserole
  • 8Eggs
  • 2 cupWhole Milk
  • 1/2 cupHeavy Whipping Cream
  • 2 tbspVanilla Extract
  • 3/4 cupSugar
  • 1 loafBread (1 lb)
  • Topping
  • 1 stickButter (Softened)
  • 1 cupAll Purpose Flour
  • 1/2 cupBrown Sugar (Packed)
  • 1 tspGround Cinnamon
  • 1/4 tspSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Tear bread into pieces and place into a greased or sprayed 9x13 pan.

  2. 2

    Preheat oven to 350°F.

  3. 3

    Beat eggs in a large mixing bowl an add all remaining CASSEROLE ingredients.

  4. 4

    Pour mix over bread. You may need to press and/or mix bread to ensure it is all soaked.

  5. 5

    Place into oven and set timer for 45 min.

  6. 6

    Place all TOPPING ingredients into a mixing bowl and press with a fork or pastry blender until a crumbly mix.

  7. 7

    After baking for 20 or 25 minutes, remove casserole and sprinkle on topping evenly.

  8. 8

    Place back in oven for remainder of the 45 min.
