I tried to make brownies for Thanksgiving. When I flipped the pan my brownies fell apart. Instead of getting upset and throwing them out I decided to turn them into something else. Using a little frosting and some coconut flakes I created this delicious treat. They not only taste good but have a great presentation as well.

1 cupcoconut flakes
1container of cream cheese frosting

roll the soft center part of your warm fresh batch of brownies into balls.

cover each ball with cream cheese frosting on all sides.

roll the cream cheese covered brownie bites in coconut flakes on a plate.

stick in freezer for 30min to an hour.
