Ingredients

2 tbspbutter
2 tbspolive oil
2 cupcarrots, sliced
2 cupcelery
1 largeonion, chopped
1 lbboneless chicken chopped into 1" cubes
8 cupchicken stock
1 tsptaragon
1 tspsavory
1 tspchicken seasonings
8 ozegg noodles
salt
black pepper

Steps

Saute carrots, celery, and onion with the butter and olive oil in a large stock pot till onion is translucent.

Add chicken and saute until golden brown.

Add chicken stock and spices. Simmer on low for about 1 hour.

Add egg noodles and cook until noodles are done.
