  • 1/3 cupwhite wine
  • 5 slicegingers
  • butter
  • 5 piecegarlic
  • salt
  • 1 tbspsugar
  • 1 tbspoyster sauce

    Heat up the pot, put butter to ready

    Then put gingers to start

  3. 3

    put the mussels in and then stir evenly with the ginger

  4. 4

    Put the white wine and other ingredients together to the mussel and mix it up

  5. 5

    Then, let the mussel cook for 5 to 7 minutes!
