Ingredients

  1. olive oil
  2. 1 tbspMinced Garlic
  3. 16 ozPrego
  4. 1/2 cupRed Wine
  5. 4 lbBoneless, skinless, chicken breasts
  6. provolone cheese

Steps

  1. 1

    Put a tablespoon of Minced Garlic and olive oil into a pan and cook chicken till browned on both sides.

  2. 2

    Pour 16 ounches of Prego and a half a cup of wine over the chicken. Stir contents and let simmer for 10 minutes.

  3. 3

    Place provolone cheese over chicken and allow 30 seconds for the cheese to melt. Serve with pasta.
