Ingredients

30 mins
  • Marinade
  • 1 tbspfresh ginger
  • 1/4 cupHoisin sauce
  • 1/2 tspcayenne
  • 1sprinkle of peppet or steak sauce
  • 1 tsporegeno
  • 1 tspsoy sauce
  • 1 tspWorcestershire sauce
  • 2 tbspred wine, rice and cider vinegars
  • 1 dashturmeric
  • Sauce
  • 1/4bell peppet
  • 1/4 cupwater
  • 2 tspginger marmalade
  • 1/4 tspcorn starch
  • 4-6 pork chops
  • 1 tbspcoconut oil

Steps

30 mins
  1. 1

    Combinemarinade and let sit with chops 1/2 hour to overnight

  2. 2

    Save some marinade for the sauce

  3. 3

    Preheat pan on high heat

  4. 4

    Heat oil

  5. 5

    Sear chops on high heat for 2 minutes each side Or until golden brown

  6. 6

    Simmer the rest of the marinade with sauce ingredients until it starts to thicken

  7. 7

    Put in a roasting pan or pan with sides along with the pork

  8. 8

    Cook in oven (covered) for 7-9 minutes or until they reach 145°F

  9. 9

    Put it on a plate, tented with tin-foil for a few minutes before serving
