  • 1/4Diced red onion
  • 1 tbspLemon juice
  • 1 dashWorcestershire sauce
  • 1 pinchSalt
  • 1 pinchPepper (optional)
  • 1 tbspGarlic powder

    Mash avocados in a bowl with all ingredients except tomato and onion

    Add tomato and onion, mix slowly being sure not to crush the vegetables
