Ingredients

  1. 2plantains
  2. 2eggs
  3. 4fresh tomatoes
  4. 2fresh peppers
  5. Onion
  6. Veg oil
  7. 1Royce cube
  8. 1 tablespoonsalt
  9. Curry
  10. Thyme
  11. Garlic powder

Steps

    Fry plantain

  2. 2

    Whisk the eggs

  3. 3

    Fry the onion, tomatoes and peppers in the veg oil.. allow to simmer, add the spice - thyme, curry and garlic powder and Royce cube. Add salt to taste. Add your diced goat meat.

  4. 4

    Finally add the whisked eggs and allow to simmer for a few minutes. Sauce is ready!!!
