Fry plantain

Whisk the eggs

Fry the onion, tomatoes and peppers in the veg oil.. allow to simmer, add the spice - thyme, curry and garlic powder and Royce cube. Add salt to taste. Add your diced goat meat.

Finally add the whisked eggs and allow to simmer for a few minutes. Sauce is ready!!!
