Ingredients

12 servings
  1. 2 lbcauliflower
  2. 1/3 cupmayonnaise
  3. 1 tbspfinely chopped kosher pickle, sour
  4. 1 1/4 tbspyellow prepared mustard
  5. 1/2 tspdill weed
  6. 1/2 tsponion powder
  7. 1/4 tspsalt
  8. 1/4 tspgranulated garlic powder
  9. 1 tsppaprika
  10. 1/4 tspHungarian paprika
  11. 6 largeeggs

Steps

  1. 1

    Microwave the cauliflower for 11 minutes

  2. 2

    Boil eggs about 10 minutes. Let cool peel rinse and slice.

  3. 3

    Mix all but half the dill weed and Hungarian paprika. The add the rest to top as a garnish.
