Summer Evening Saute
This is something that is healthy and very diet friendly!!
Steps

Heat large skillet over medium-high heat and add Olive oil. Brown garlic and add onion. Saute until tender- crisp.

Add bacon and stir together well. Cook partially and add brussel sprouts. Cook until brussel sprouts are tender and bacon is fully cooked. Ross in tomatoes and stir well. Cook for another 5 minutes until heated through!
