Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 1 tbspButter
  2. 1 tbspOlive oil
  3. 1 tbspMontreal steak spice
  4. 2Bavette de boeuf (200-250g)
  5. 1Pancetta
  6. 1Oignon
  7. 2Pressed garlic glove
  8. 1/2 cupRed beer (or chicken/beef broth)
  9. 1 tbspWorcestershire
  10. 1 1/2 cupBrown sauce Demi glace
  11. 3Rosemary
  12. 1 pinchSalt and pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    In a pan, melt butter in olive oil. Sprinkles the meat with spices. Sear the meat both side (4 minutes). Put in the crockpot. In another pan cook the pancetta.

  2. 2

    In the same pan that we cook the meat, cook the oignon on medium heat for 15 minute. Add salt pepper and garlic and cook another 2 minutes.

  3. 3

    Deglaze with the beer (or broth), and let reduce for 3 minutes. Add the Demi glace and Worcestershire sauce then put in crock poor. Add the Rosemary

  4. 4

    Cover and cook 7 hrs on medium high
