Ingredients

8 servings
  • 1/2 cupbutter, melted
  • 1 cupsugar substitute, such as splenda/truvia (can also use reg sugar)
  • 1/2 cupRice flour (or whatever flour you would like)
  • 3 tspegg replacement powder
  • 4 tbspwarm water
  • 1 tspvanilla
  • 1 cupsemisweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cupbutterscotch chips
  • 1unbaked pie crust

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 325°F. In mixing bowl, beat butter, sugar substitute, flour, & vanilla until well blended.

  2. 2

    In small bowl, combine egg replacement & water. Mix until combined well. Then add to other mixture & mix well.

  3. 3

    Add chocolate chips & butterscotch chips. Mix well. Pour into pie crust.

  4. 4

    Bake for 1 hr or until golden brown. Let cool.
