Ingredients

  1. 2 lbchicken breast
  2. 8 cupwater
  3. 1 smallonion (whole)
  4. 2 tbspsalt
  5. 1 canLa costeña Chipotle Sauce
  6. 1 smallonion (Sliced)
  7. 1garlic clove (sliced)
  8. 1 1/4 cupcanola oil

Steps

  1. 1

    In a medium pot put the 2 lbs of chicken breast add the water. Put it on medium-high heat and while it boils add the salt and let it boil for 30 minutes or until cooked thru.

    After its done you let it cool and shred the chicken

    You slice the small onion and a garlic clove and on a pan add the canola oil and fry the onion and garlic slices. After they are clear add the shredded chicken and fry that as well.

    Last you add the can of chipotle sauce and mix it and then serve and Enjoy.

    You can serve it on top of Tostadas. You bake your Corn tortillas in the oven until they are crunchy
