Ingredients

  1. 2 lbextra large shrimp peeled and deveined
  2. 2 tbspolive oil
  3. 1 tspsalt
  4. 1 tspblack pepper
  5. 2large garlic cloves minced
  6. 4 tbspunsalted butter softened
  7. pinchfresh parsley optional
  8. 1lemon wedges optional

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 350°F Fahrenheit

  2. 2

    Place shrimp on a baking sheet and toss with olive oil, salt, pepper and garlic.

  3. 3

    Roast 6-8 minutes or until shrimp are pink and cooked through.

  4. 4

    Immediately add butter directly on baking sheet and stir until melted. Transfer shrimp and butter sauce to a serving dish. Sprinkle with parsley and serve with lemon wedges.

  5. 5

    Serve with pasta or a nice baguette, enjoy!
