Cajun Style Smoked Turkey Necks
Lots of flavor! Very good!!
Cooking Instructions

Rinse package of smoked turkey necks. Place them in deep baking dish.

Preheat oven to 350°F
- 3
Sprinkle seasoning salt, garlic salt, Cajun seasoning, lemon pepper, red pepper and parsley on both sides of turkey necks (Season to your liking).

Coat with Italian dressing.

Cut butter into pieces and lay on top of turkey necks. Sprinkle with parsley.

Add water half covering necks.
- 7
Cover with aluminum foil. You will have to check and turn every 15 mins until tender. If not seasoned to your liking add more before the hour is up basting as you go to keep moist. Goes good with any sides.
