  • 32 ozcan of pink beans
  • 14 1/2 ozcan of diced tomatoes
  • 7 1/2 ozcan of Chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
  • 1/4 tspsalt
  • 1/2 cupsugar
  • 1 tspground turmeric
  • 2 tspground cumin
  • 1 tspground annatto powder
  • 1 tbspgranulated garlic powder
  • 1 cupraisins
  • 1/4 cupolive oil
  • 1/2 mediumonion in coarse pieces
  • 5bay leaves

Steps

    Heat oil add onions

    Simmer for 4 minutes

    Add Chipotle and sauce
