Steps

Wash the dry fish with warm water and salt.

Boil with half cup of water and maggi.
- 3
After 20minutes add 2cups of water.boil for 3minutes.

Blend the uziza and uda together.
- 5
Add both the blended uda and uziza.and salt and pepper.
- 6
Wash the ehuru and add.
- 7
Boil for 20minutes.
- 8
Wash and cut the garden egg leaves.
- 9
Enjoy this particular meal with boiled yam or garri.
