Ingredients

  1. 2medium sized dry fish
  2. Salt
  3. HandfulGarden egg (leaves)
  4. 1 teaspoondry pepper
  5. 1/2 teaspoonpepper
  6. 1Ehuru
  7. 1/2 teaspoonUziza seeds
  8. 1/2 teaspoonUda

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash the dry fish with warm water and salt.

  2. 2

    Boil with half cup of water and maggi.

  3. 3

    After 20minutes add 2cups of water.boil for 3minutes.

  4. 4

    Blend the uziza and uda together.

  5. 5

    Add both the blended uda and uziza.and salt and pepper.

  6. 6

    Wash the ehuru and add.

  7. 7

    Boil for 20minutes.

  8. 8

    Wash and cut the garden egg leaves.

  9. 9

    Enjoy this particular meal with boiled yam or garri.
